Somewhere in mid-2024, I managed to do the one thing every developer fears lose an entire server. Not just any server… the one that stored everything I had been writing since 2019. Years of blogs on tech, physics, science, and the occasional philosophical rant , gone.
One small push, one tiny oversight, and poof, my words vanished into the digital abyss.
For a while, I just stared at empty directories like they had whisper something back. They didn’t.
It took time to process that loss. Writing had always been my quiet space between debugging, building, and chasing ideas. Losing that archive felt like losing a part of how I think. But here is the thing backup or not, the thoughts still exist somewhere between memory and code commits. So, here we are, rebuilding.
This time, on a new platform clean, simple, mine.
I have never done marketing for my blogs. No SEO tricks, no paid promotions. If you are reading this, you have either wandered here by accident or you actually care both are equally cool. Either way, thanks for showing up.
There is something new I have been writing part science, part philosophy, and maybe a pinch of madness. It’ll be up soon.
For now, this post is just me picking up one of my favorite hats again the writer’s hat.
Dusty, a little dented, but still fits perfectly.
Let’s see where this reboot takes us.
